Frequently asked questions
What is Private Training?
Private Training is one-on-one coaching sessions with a Certified Trainer, designed to address your specific training and behavior concerns. Sessions last about an hour, and can be scheduled at your convenience.
How many lessons do I need?
That depends on a variety of factors, including how many issues you'd like to address, the severity of the issues, how often you are able to practice at home, and how quickly you and your dog are able to progress through the training. After your initial consult, your trainer will recommend a program to best suit your needs.
Will you come to my home for training?
We have availability for in-home private training in Denver, based on zip code. We can meet at your home or, if outside of Denver, at an agreed upon location. Please contact us for our service area and availability!
Can more than one dog attend the training?
You may bring multiple dogs to your appointments as long as the dogs are all participating in the training. Our appointments are time-based, so we can give attention to more than one dog's training needs as long as it is done within the timeframe of your session. In some cases, we may request that you provide one handler per dog.
I am court-ordered to get dog training, can you provide me with the appropriate training?
We can absolutely help with court-ordered training and provide attestation when you complete your training program. We do not provide written guarantees, evaluations, or predictive statements about your dog's future behavior.
